The bride-to-be requested a design based a single earring for her bridesmaid daughter, which she could wear to events afterwards.

Given the age of the bridesmaid, and the relative informality of the wedding ceremony planned, the design had to be youthful and fun. The bridesmaid supplied an uncut pink saphire which held special memories and asked if the stone could be include in the piece.

The design they chose for the earring was a single drop earring with a pure silver nugget above the pink saphire on handmade chain.

The finishing touch was a detachable non-pierced ear cuff.

It was really great to see the photograph of her daughter’s university graduation and in pride of place is this ear cuff. Congratulations.
